Microgreens

Single-variety microgreens will be available in taster sizes (5x5"container). Three-variety microgreen combinations will be available in 8x8" containers. Large volume microgreens will be available by the bag and require pre-ordering.

Dun Pea

An all-time favorite microgreen! The pea shoots are sweet and delicious and fairly straight and leafy.

Mild, crunchy, dense, slightly bitter

Black Oil Sunflower

The flavor is nutty, a bit like the meat of sunflower seeds, with a very crunchy texture.

Mesclun Baby Green Mix

Arugula, spinach, swiss chard, endive, kale, mustards and lettuces.

Purple Top White Globe Turnip

The flavor is like a mild turnip with a hint of sweet cabbage.
